Return within 14 days of delivery, unopened and unused, for a full refund. Email xcsniffy@gmail.com to start a return.

Custom designs

You can cancel a custom order for a full refund at any time before you approve your design preview. Once you approve the preview we begin production on a one-off item made only for you, so custom pairs cannot be returned after approval.

Wired lights that do not fit

We check the year, make and model you give us against the light before your pair ships. If nothing fits your vehicle, we refund you in full and ship nothing. You are never left with a part you cannot install.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Email xcsniffy@gmail.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the pair or refund you. This applies to custom designs too.
